  I have never really been impressed with any insurance company before I talked with someone at Thomas Dudek State Farm. They have made everything I've ever had to do to get my insurance needs met as symbol and convenient as it can possibly be. From the moment I originally purchased my automobile insurance from them, they have gone out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. I have excellent coverage 4 both my home and multiple vehicles at a very reasonable price and anytime they needed anything signed they would either bring the paperwork to me or mail or email it so I've never even been to their office. I would recommend Thomas Dudek State Farm to anyone for their insurance needs.

  Lazy branch! 15 minutes before closing, no customers (as usual), and when I asked to have one piece of paper notarized, the lone notary sighed and said, "not today, we're about to close". C'mon - it would have taken 30 seconds. This branch won't last.

  If you want to experience a nightmare experience with (THOMAS DUDEK-STATE FARM INSURANCE) agency, be my guest. State Farm should have never given this company a license to Operate under their name, because of dishonesty, fraud, and misleading pricing. I was giving services that I never sign up for. Nightmare does not end here... (REPOST) I have no car insurance and have been riding around for two months unaware. I also have Rental Insurance, and life insurance that I didn’t requested. They are Thieves and Liars Thomas Dudek (REPOST) Sam Murdock needs their license revoke, and Thomas Dudek State Farm Insurance needs to be CLOSED DOWN. Amber Green, and the staff always promises to have someone to call me back and doesn’t. This company is such a fraud, they intentionally sent my policy to the wrong addresses. Amber Green just lies and covers for the Liars and Thieves. I question Amber on why I kept getting different policies once they got my address right, and her reply was because when a policy is mailed to the wrong address they have to cancel, and reissue another policy. I have been calling and requesting a refund, but to no avail. I spoke with Justin, and he at least got me the status of refund for the Rental Insurance. The check was mailed, but to the wrong address. I’m over this company…….. The only reason I gave this company 1 Star was because , I had to post this.
